We were given several old trucks to choose from to design on top of. I chose this truck and turned it into a Ramen Truck. This was also a fun project to to work on. I had fun referencing the ramen cart in Japan. In fact I used photos from my own experience eating at one.

ReplyDeleteThe only problem I see is that you would need a hand washing station and three sinks unless you have a commissary to do dishes and clean up at the end of the night..
